Since I lived in estes, ed’s has greatly improved on the vegan options!
There are only a few vegan items in the menu. my man had the vegan enchiladas and I had the vegan chile en nogada. we enjoyed both, but we agreed that the chile en nogada was the best. it was delicious. I was not a fan of salsa, but very recommend the avocado margarita!
This restaurant had really nice staff, but they no longer have a separate vegan menu. they had only a vegan option available the falafel tacos.
Clearly labeled vegan options. My wife and I tried two different ones and loved both. The non vegans with us even liked the vegan tacos better that their own.
