Penelope's - ESTES PARK

Tried the impossible burger and fries at this restaurant. It's a great spot to wind down after a day of mountain climbing.

The impossible burger was decent, but the fries were a bit undercooked. However, I felt unwell after eating and not sure why.

I really enjoyed the Impossible burger, which was the only vegan option available. It was a great choice for a quick and convenient lunch while exploring Estes Park. I appreciated having a plant-based option during my walk and shopping excursion.

I wish they offered a side other than just fries. The Impossible Burger was average.

Just one vegan option but not a bad one! Old-school burger place with a lot of Coca-Cola memorabilia as decorations. Wouldn’t go out of my way to visit but a good option if you’re already here and looking for a burger.
