Great service, lots of gluten free item's. Dietary restrictions: Good selection of gluten free options, the waitress asked questions about my needs and communicated them too the chef which made me feel safe to eat there. I had the prime rib last night and it was cooked to perfection, had the best flavour and came with the most amazing au jus. We also had a phenomenal server (and it was only her first night! I will definitely be a return customer, and I will also be sure to tell all of my friends and family about this gem! I was so sad that Granby’s closed a few years ago and The Flats has far surpassed any dining experience I have ever had there. Congratulations to management and staff for operating such an amazing gem of a business
