Írjon visszajelzéstI have been to at least 40 different Subways in my life, and I have to say this is my best experience at one. Both of the guys working there were really good at customer service and Hunter made me a custom meatball and pepperoni sub that was fantastic!Then, after I left the review, our car would not start and Hunter came out to help us fix it!
Food is usual good. However as of late the store is closed with 5 hrs left till closing and employees hanging out in the back doing nothing. And when customers knock and ask they are turned away. If owners or management doesn't solve this issue this subway will go under due to poor staffing. I had to go to the one on Thompson bridge.Employee there has been told the employees are just hanging out in back and shuts the doors. I would advise using another business that actually wants it.
The food is good, no issues there.The service is lacking in quality and quickness. Every time I’ve been in this location, there is only one girl working and the line is to the door.
Seem to have a little issue on getting online orders correct as far as condiments and veggies. I've ordered this way three times and something was either missing or wrong. I'm a good Tipper way above 20% and I don't believe I got in the service or what I paid for. UPDATE THIS LAST VISIT WAS PERFECT!!!!!The management was very receptive to my issues and I have to say they nailed it this time!WE LOVE SUBWAY and the Friday buy 2 get 1 free works out perfectly for the three of us.Can't say enough good about this visit and hope our visits to follow will be the same experience.I believe they earned even more of a tip then I paid!Thank you againSTEVEIE C
