The Wokker Restaurant - Etobicoke

We ate there on our last night. The food was so fresh and tasted delicious! The waitress was sweet and the manager was helpful with directions.

I was recommended by the hotel. I am used to much better Chinese food. The soup was OK but the other dishes seemed bathed in cornstarch and were left mostly uneaten by myself and my companion.

First time here and decided to get take out. Wings were very good decent size not breaded, with a nice spicy taste. The duck soup had small bone and a piece of grizzle. Generally good but too thick due to too much corn starch added. I would not order it again. The entrée was the Mongolian crispy Sweet & Sour beef slices with sesame seeds. Not great flavor and on the heavy side although it had fairly tender beef. Like the duck soup I would not order it again.

This is just besides the Drivers license place- service Ontario in the strip mall.Decided to drop in for a quick bite. I got one of the lunch specials- Sezhuan chicken. It came with rice and also a vege roll. Service was fast and food was hot. But it wasn't tasty and really lacked salt. It was cheap, around $10.

We were staying at the Hilton Garden Inn near airport and asked for some good local Chinese food. THey offered up The Wokker Restaurant. The chicken wings as the appetizer was very good BUT the rest of the food was just terrible. We literally ordered 10 different entrees because there was 12 of us... (Lemon chicken, General Tsao, Scezuan chicken, Kung Pao beef and chicken,,etc.. IT was just not good quality meat and the flavor was all sweet and not good.
