Subway - Etowah

I've always picked up food from the Etowah store on my way home and have had both good and bad experiences. However, this time the bread was so hard that I couldn't eat it. I tried calling them well before closing, but no one answered.

A great way to start the day turned into a disappointing experience. I stopped by for a breakfast sandwich, and upon taking my first bite, I found a long strand of hair in it. Now, when I try to call to address the issue, no one is answering. This is unacceptable. All restaurant staff should be required to wear hairnets at all times!

The setting is lovely, with uplifting Christian music playing, but the food was not very impressive.
