Bao Bao House - Eugene

Love Bao and it’s not always easy to find some without meat. This spot has delicious vegan Bao. They could definitely use some more vegan options, or even labels.

Yummy Yummy Buns and other Vegan options I want to go back and try!!! Parking lot is large and easy plus dining area is clean and spacious!! So yummy would give five stars if they didn't have meat

Although there may be additional vegan options available, the menu at this restaurant lacks detailed descriptions or icons. As a fan of Asian cuisine, I was disappointed by the predominantly spinach-filled vegetarian dumplings and found the flavor unappealing. I also sampled the sweet bean paste bao but did not finish it.

I visited this restaurant twice - once in Eugene and once at their new location in Springfield. The food was excellent both times, especially the vegetarian bao and vegetarian dumplings which are also vegan.

We ordered multiple vegetable dumplings but were given meat dumplings instead by mistake. Initially, we thought it was faux meat but upon calling to confirm, we found out it wasn't. It was a significant error on their part.
