Baskin-robbins - Eugene

Apon entering the store they did have a sign that was posted that said short staffed we patiently waited and gave our order to the gentleman that was there today Theo despite being busy he kept his cool and was pleasant from beginning to end I will surely return excellent customer service today

The servers were outstanding! They skillfully served up scoops and navigated the crowd with impressive efficiency. We will definitely return!

The staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the ice cream is truly delicious! It is a bit on the expensive side, but that’s to be expected from an ice cream shop these days, right? Definitely worth the price!

I had forgotten just how enjoyable Baskin Robbins can be. This particular location is spotless, and the young staff members are both friendly and professional. There are no overly eccentric or heavily tattooed employees here (no offense to the Springfield staff who love their pitbulls). The only issue I encountered was waiting for two kids to place their order (see attached photo).

When I lived in Eugene I would go to this ice cream shop as much as possible, it holds so many childhood memories for me! As a child I used to go and buy the clown cones here all the time, they gave me so much joy, and there was something about them (probably the chocolate) that made them absolutely awesome. Whenever I bought one, the owner would always smile at me. Putting my childhood memories aside, the service here is awesome, though I haven’t been to Baskin Robbins for two years, so things may have changed. It was always clean and lively, even when there weren’t many people there. 10/10 experience.
