Awesome BBQ, brisket was on point with a perfect smoke ring. Chicken was moist and delicious, sides were great too!

You get a paper plate and super small portions. Tiny slivers of meat, too much money. I can’t justify paying over $25 for a sample fun size amount of food.

Texas style BBQ food truck located at coldfire brewing. We ordered 1/2 lb each of brisket and pulled pork, Texas hot links, cornbread, and carnivore beans. The meat was all excellent: tender and flavorful. The barbecue sauces were also good; I think the spicy version could have been spicier but that is the only thing I would have changed. I was expecting that the carnivore beans would be more of a baked beans with chunks of meat in it, but it turned out to be more like refried beans with some small pieces of meat sort of dissolved along with it. Still tasted good just not quite what I was expecting. My partner liked them a lot though. Overall, I would definitely eat here again!

We hired Paper Plate BBQ for a company dinner at Sweet Cheeks winery and are so HAPPY we did! Isaiah and Nick were super easy to work with from the beginning. They were super flexible (with our many dietary needs) and the charcuterie was AMAZING! It was literally a piece of artwork. We had many people asking who made it and saying how much they enjoyed the house made sausage! Thank you for helping us to have a great event. Keep up the good work!

The food here is always excellent, but waiting in line in the rain just to explain my order, only to be told to scan a QR code for convenience, is a bit overwhelming. That’s not really convenience. True convenience would be being able to walk up to the window and place an order in person, with the option to order online if necessary. There was no clear signage indicating that all orders must be placed online, so I had to wait in line to find that out.
