Veg Salad Craft - Eugene

The staff here was incredibly friendly. All three employees welcomed me as I arrived, checked in on me during my meal, and genuinely thanked me for recycling my waste before giving me a warm goodbye as I left. I truly felt like I was dining with friends. The salads are outstanding, and the portion sizes are just right for what you pay. I'm really glad this restaurant is close to my workplace, allowing me to come here each week. A big thank you to the owners; you and your staff are doing an excellent job!

We visited this restaurant almost daily during our vacation in Eugene and tried the warm vegan bowl with added avocado and classic balsamic dressing. The food was fresh and delicious, the place was clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly. Our meals here were the highlight of our trip. I really wish they had a location closer to us, but it looks like we’ll just have to visit Eugene, OR more often. Thank you for the fantastic food and excellent customer service!

It's a popular spot for salads, often crowded, but they prepare food quickly. I find that I feel hungry again soon after eating here. The prices are steep, especially for the large salads, which are mostly filled with veggies rather than other toppings. It’s not really worth the price, but if you're not very hungry and just need something to eat (maybe to lift your spirits), a salad here can help. The food is okay—it's not the freshest, but it's acceptable overall.

Super great staff and good prices (as much cheaper than by the pfund salatbars.) I have built their own salat with all the sweet and tofu. I feel healthy and satisfied now

This restaurant is exactly what eugen needed. Sometimes they just want a big salate. this place is great because they have so many pleasures to choose from. they also have a baked tofu, quinoa and rice to make a hearty salad or bowl. they also have tons of vegan dressings. I am so sick of the vegan dressing option is a sugary Balsamico vinaigrette and here they give them tons of options.
