Me and my cousin went to the one in euless because we had a friend recommend it and the person we asked for help was a manager and we didn’t realize that at the time, I let him know if he could help us find a red wine, he asked what kind, and I told him I wasn’t sure. He pointed at 3 different locations around the store, mind you there’s ton of wines around those wines. So it took us a good 15 minutes before we found one. On top of that he followed us through the store while we where struggling to find a wine and never offered us his assistance. He even watched us as we where waiting in line to check out. Definitely very rude, will be spending my money else where.
Employees are friendly, helpful and have a sense of humor. During the Christmas holidays, it’s rare and so wonderful!
The restaurant prioritizes service, but it seems they do not require staff to wear masks. I won't be returning again.
The whisky tasting class was fantastic, enjoyable, and incredibly informative.
I had a disappointing experience last night when I arrived at the restaurant. I was abruptly instructed to wear a mask. Although I only stayed because I was short on time, I’ve decided to take my business to Goody Goody from now on. I’m quite frustrated that I ended up spending over $100 there. The staff could certainly benefit from some training on how to communicate more politely.
