Taco Bell - Euless

Avoid placing online orders here. You’ll end up waiting in the parking lot and may get forgotten about. Meanwhile, other drive-thru customers are served before you. I eventually had to go inside to pick up my order, which took around 25 minutes.

I received the wrong order. The person ahead of me in the drive-thru ordered and then simply drove off. When I got to the window, the girl tried to hand me two drinks, and I had to tell her, "No, that's not my order; I only ordered two burritos and some chips and cheese." She then spent a few minutes trying to sort it out, and the guys behind the counter gave her a bag. She grabbed it and asked if I wanted hot sauce. I said yes, she added it to the bag, handed it to me, and I drove away. Unfortunately, she gave me the previous customer's order! Don't these people even take a moment to check the bag? It shouldn't be that difficult! I specifically mentioned the mix-up when she first gave me the wrong order, and yet I still got the wrong food!

They only cool inside and ignore the cars in the drive thru. And pretend they won't see when they come into the window

This place has to raise it. The last three times I was asked to park and wait for my food after going through the ride thru. It will always wait for a 15-25 min! Edit: came back to give this location a second chance to 12/22. Placed a mobile order and when I arrived, they said they received a system update and wait 30 minutes and come back or cancel my order. Why even let the order be placed when you do POS updates during business hours (11:45 pm). This place is just terrible. And all the reviews below seem to repeat that.

They missed up my order twice . And treated me like I was the crazy one . I ordered a breakfast quesadilla steak, eggs and cheese) and added tomatoes.What I received was a Quesadilla with no cheese and very little eggs. I paid for extra eggs . I told the cashier. He so kindly called the cook . Who proceeded to tell me that when you add tomatoes to order you remove all dairy so he removed the cheese from my quesadilla. After a back and forth he agreed to remake my order. Just for it not have any eggs . I don't feel comfortable asking him to remake my order again because of some of the remarks he made during our first conversation. I will not be eating this either. And this will be my last visit .
