Coqui's - Eureka

I highly recommend this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly, and I must say, some of the sweetest people I've ever encountered. The food is excellent as well.

We have limited dining options in town, but somehow we stumbled upon a gem with incredible flavors. Unlike typical American-Mexican restaurants where everything seems to taste the same, this place offers authentic Latin American cuisine without any bland beans! The food is fantastic, and the menu truly reflects the richness of Latin American flavors. If you’ve never experienced the delights of the Yucatan or further south, you’re in for a wonderful surprise—plus, you can drink the water here! I usually order the ceviche, and even when it wasn’t on the menu, they made it for me on two occasions! Customer service isn’t a lost art; it’s thriving just south of the border. You’re going to love this restaurant, the food, and the service. I highly recommend visiting, but be sure to take your time and enjoy the experience, as the wait is absolutely worth it!

Two words: chicken enchiladas. Eureka was lacking in Mexican cuisine, but Coqui's has stepped in and exceeded expectations! The service is great, the food is fantastic, and the bakery section is absolutely amazing.

The food was excellent, and the service was quick. It’s refreshing to see the staff genuinely care about your satisfaction. Eureka really needed a place like this.

I've found my new favorite dining spot in Eureka! The food at the Front Porch is excellent. You definitely need to check it out!
