Humboldt Smokehouse - Eureka

Both sandwiches are terrible, the popper is just odd like, extremely odd tasting and the bird land was just awful it tasted terrible. Update the recipe for these or just get rid of them, I've had food here before and it was fine but this was awful. Don't think I'll be eating their food for a while.

I feel like giving 5 more stars every time I come in. Cadillac burrito no cream cheese extra jalapeños and coleslaw. Its just so good. Come for the food not the ambience. There is a table outside that is nice when it is sunny, but you do get to listen to the Starbucks girl be way too chipper over and over so if that makes you want to die a little bit inside maybe get takeout.

I'd go again, want to see if the burnt ends are good. They were out of a few sides I wanted and the beans were not great. I wanted the BBQ sauce to have more of a kick too

Here's the thing, the food was good, but not great. We ordered the cadillac burrito. It was good, but nothing extraordinary. It was a little cold. It was fine, but wouldn't go out of my way to go here again.
