Jack In The Box - Eureka

Went the other might and the guy at the window had organized our food bags together where each of our meals and e trash were together for us.

I have loved Jack in the Boxs food since I was a kid and they have never disappointed. However... yesterday, I ordered my two tacos and lo and behold if they weren't frigging cold! This was a first and I hoped a fluke. However...Last time I was there, I went inside to get something to eat but needed to use the restroom first, The manager (Owner? told me the restrooms were both broken, the water pipes were broken. He was just rude about it so I left. Hangry.

The manager was rude and did not like it when I ask about my order. She proceeded to yell at me that I needed to be patient. I saw a bag on the counter with the name of the order I was picking up and she got more rude and kicked me out of the restaurant.

Tried to buy something for two dollars so I could use the bathroom and was told no and that I had to be a paying customer made me wait outside for 25 minutes for my DoorDash driver to pick me up so we could continue to make deliveries yes I was in the middle of making a food delivery for the business eventually I got picked up and I went to a different store to use the bathroom. They are very prejudiced there and I am calling the corporate office on Monday and having something done about the two people.Also, they charge more for your kids to eat because you’re paying more for less nuggets for the children’s menu. They’re stealing from your children and you look at the menu.

They made my food exactly how you would expect it from the pictures. Full and well made. Had to ask for my order to be doubled! Windows cashier didn't seem friendly.
