Írjon visszajelzéstRuben was the reason I enjoyed my stay. I was here because I was expelled for the earthquake. Ruben and Tim were the best employees. I like them the best until a good mix of professionalism and kindness. You have both complementary personalities.
Decent bed. Huge room.What got the 3 stars was the inability to keep the fan on the heater all night. When it would cycle it was very loud. The other was the bathroom (see video).How’s this acceptable?

Our room was cold as the dickens and so was the lobby. The door handle to our room was so loose it was about to fall off. Light switches and power receptacles were completely worn out. No fan in the shower area. The walls were so poorly insulated from sound that I could hear people holding conversations outside at the ground floor (we stayed on the third floor). Muscle cars driving by outside kept me awake most of the night. The rooms badly need a remodel. On the plus side the room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Not a good stay, especially for the price.
UPDATE:Red Lion Hotels states they have no influence over the independently operated Eureka hotel....the Eureka hotel (Tim) responded stating we have more blankets at the desk and the heating unit was operating as designed (it sounded like a 747); Tim 's response to me that I had to sleep in my clothes to stay warm is laughable and the mark of a poorly run hotel with zero checks and balances by Red Lion corporate, at least that would prevent checking into a room that is 45-50F and having to sleep in your clothes; Tim ignored my request to be reimbursed; buyer beware.
