The Zin House - EURUNDEREE

Dinner at the Zin House was truly a memorable experience. The food was amazing, and the ambiance was top notch. The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make it a great night. There’s a beautiful garden out front, and we able to go have a nice stroll, the staff offered to take photos for us, and opened the doors each time we walked back in. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area. Service: Dine in

Wonderful 6-course tasting menu was spot on, well paced and mostly sourced from the Lowe family farm. And the service was very attentive. All in a very beautiful location. Our experience at the Zin House last night, 15th March 2024 was, the gardens were fabulous, the views were amazing, the staff were very attentive however the food was well below average. The meals were incredibly small and were share plates. For a Hatted Restaurant this was incredibly disappointing. We 've eaten at many Hatted Restaurant in Australia and around the world and have never experienced shared plates or very small meals. The food was cold and the pasta undercooked and glued togeather. The only reason I 've given them 1 star is the dessert was absolutely delicious. The wines were over the top in price and even their own wines from their own cellar were unrealistic in price. Not once did any one come to us after I complained re the food been cold and the pasta undercooked and glued together. The response from the waitress was I 'll let the Chefs know . At the end of the night we weren 't even meet at the door by any one to say, goodnight or thank you for dining with us. On reflection our experience was totally embarrassing, over priced and very pretentious.
