Bojangles - Evans

Been on a Bojangles kick lately, and for the most part everything has been phenomenal. My go to items are Cajun filet biscuit, chicken sandwich with Cajun filet, French fries, Mac n cheese. I also really love the boberry cinnamon biscuits.

The location is fairly clean both inside and outside, and the food is always hot, fresh and made to order.

I went to the restaurant at 9:30 a.m. and was told they only had 2 chicken breasts left, but they promised to make up for the missing pieces. When we got home (after waiting for 9 minutes), we realized that 5 pieces were missing. We called the restaurant and they acknowledged the mistake. We were initially hesitant to go back, but the manager called us and insisted on fixing the error. When we returned, they not only gave us the missing chicken wings but also added 6 Bojangles' biscuits (which were really good), a dozen chicken fingers, and 6 cookies as a gesture of apology. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The chicken was delicious and they went above and beyond to make things right. It's worth mentioning that the store was closed when we returned, but they waited for us to rectify the situation. Great job!

I'm glad the dining room is open again, but the chicken we ordered was made of fresh, not frozen, chicken. Unfortunately, it ended up sitting under the heat lamp for a while and was dry.
