If you like chicken salad, you gotta visit! They've perfected the chicken to mayo ratio with the mayo serving as a complement to the chicken rather than the other way around. The original recipe is good. My favorite, though, is the Fancy Nancy. (The Fruity Fran is ok, but I'd rather have pecans in mine than pineapple. Either as a scoop with crackers or on a croissant, this is one of my favorite indulgences! I also LOVE the broccoli salad, which I could eat as a meal entirely by itself.
