Mi Rancho Mexican - Evans

We visited Mi Rancho from time to time and had a beautiful experience every time. Then, after the pandemic, we skip and we try the most new restaurants in the city to try and compare something new. Today we came back to Mi Rancho and were looking for lunch specialties. No specials listed anywhere, such three dishes we ordered that we never tried before. And it was a great surprise! The whole food was appealing to the eye, tasty, and the service was great! The server remembered that I don't take ice in my water, another server took hot food cautiously, so no one would inadvertently burn, the little doggie boxes arrived immediately when we asked for them. The AC worked great, the servers looked friendly and happy. Although the restaurant was full, no one had to wait longer than 6-10 minutes. Also, according to my mother’s advice: “Check the restroom first. When the toilet is clean, the kitchen is probably also clean.” I checked and everything I can tell you, the toilet room was clean! Interesting, well-prepared food selection, good management and nursing staff are the winning components for success and this Mi Rancho restaurant team in Evans Riverwood site knows the rules!

I recently went to Mi Ranchos after avoiding it for years. Something told me to give it another shot and I’m so glad I did. The food and service was great! I was never left without chips and salsa. The manager, Lionel, seems to have created a great working atmosphere and checked on the occupied tables a few times while I was here. He also makes the best Frozen Strawberry Margarita I’ve had in town! I will recommend them to everyone.

Went with a group of friends. VERY Good Food, Very Good service. The waitress was always coming in and checking on us. and I got the Chimichangas and they were so good. MY husband who does NOT eat any type of Mexican food, actually ate them and enjoyed. I was pretty impressed about that. :

We ate at Mi Rancho on Sunday after church. The restaurant was neat, clean, spacious, and new looking. The staff that seated us was friendly, and the wait staff was there within a minute or two. The food was very good and it seemed like a healthy size portion for the money. We have been spoiled living in Colorado and have a Mexican restaurant on almost every corner, but we will be back to the place. Friendly, fast, and great food.

Food was delicious, we enjoyed lunch. The atmosphere is great, clean and everything looked new. Wish staff were not task oriented and inviting, we would have had a great time. I complimented about the food multiple times and felt like ignored. Only 2 customers at this moment including us, by the way.
