Evanston — Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

This is the worst Lou Malnati location. They burn the butter crust so it taste like ash and are always late delivering even when I order for a scheduled time. Horrible.

The smell was funky, like there was a sewer issue at the Evanston location the night we ate there. Food was OK, not amazing, or great, as I had in the past.

Lou Malnati's is my favorite pizza, but, I will no longer order from the Evanston location!! I rarely order out but maybe 4—5 times a year I'll order pizza. The last two times I've ordered from this location my order has arrived over an hour late even though I've placed an online order well in advance, I've placed the orders 2.5 hours prior to scheduled delivery time, then to top it off, I recently placed an order and when my deep dish pizza arrived, all the ingredients had slid to one side of … – show

Extremely mediocre deep dish, obviously mass manufactured ingredients assembled to order. I had it once, which was enough to never again.

I order through the app and twice I have received cold pizza late. The last time they offered a free replacement because of an order mismatch and promised to get out to me as soon as possible. One hour and twenty minutes later it arrived warm, not hot. Their pizza tastes great when hot but the delivery is pathetic.
