However, I would like to update my review: the morning after posting this, I was contacted by Outback's management. The manager was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns, which I greatly appreciated.

The food was excellent, but the restrooms were dirty and cramped, with stalls that were as narrow as the toilets themselves. The overall atmosphere felt a bit run-down, and the parking lot was difficult to access.

I've had a fantastic experience with the food every time I've visited. It’s also not crowded, so we can get seated right away. The service is excellent as well. I will definitely return, and I recommend this place to my friends. Thank you for being here in Casper, Wyoming!

We got right in no wait. Food was really good. Service was excellent.
