When I called to address the issue, I received a rude response. After discussing the situation, we learned that the delivery person had increased his tip without our consent, which explained the extra charge. They refunded us in cash but treated us like we were lying the entire time, despite having proof of the overcharge. Fast forward to tonight, we ordered pizza, bread knots, and cheese breadsticks. Our food arrived an hour and 15 minutes after we placed the order, despite a promised 40-minute delivery window. When I called to inquire, they explained that the delivery driver was lost. We live right in town! Our food was cold, the pizza was barely warm, and the cheese on the breadsticks was hard—definitely not even microwave quality. When I called to voice my concerns, I got a very dismissive “What do you want me to do about it?” The manager eventually took over the call but responded rudely, saying he would only replace the bread knots and wouldn't issue a refund. With a rubbery crust, cold cheese, and terrible customer service from both the cashier and the manager, the long delivery waits were unacceptable. I will definitely be taking my business to Shakers from now on. They consistently provide great service, hot food, and friendly conversation. Good job, Shakers!

This restaurant is excellent! The food is outstanding, and the drinks are great. There are plenty of women at the bar, which makes it even better.

I called to address this and was met with indifference. The manager's response was rude, suggesting that replacing the breadstick was all they could do, and that a refund wasn’t an option. The crust was hard, the cheese was cold, and overall, the customer service from both the cashier and the manager was terrible. Given the long wait times and poor service, we're not going back. We’ll choose Shakers instead, as they always provide great service with hot food and friendly interaction. Keep it up, Shakers!

This place is excellent! The food is fantastic, and the drinks are good as well. There are plenty of women at the bar, making it a lively atmosphere. You can't go wrong here!
