Best Texas style barbecue I have had in the Seattle area.

This Bar B Que is perfect. Always succulent and tender. Sweet sauces, tasteful side dishes. We had the 2 meat and two side meal. Plenty of food for two adults with enough for one lunch next dayFood: 5/5

Melt in your mouth brisket. Cowboy caviar is deliciously unexpected. Terrific gals to serve it up. It is so good, my 9 yr old daughter wrote a paper about it for school.Food: 5/5

Thank you for the wonderful lunch! I had the briquette sandwich and the caviar for the side. My friend had the potato salad, it was with red potatoes and I was like I’m having that next time! Everything was amazing and the service was great! It was my first time and she explained the menu and what was popular. They were fast most importantly!Parking: Easy parking too!

I love BBQ! The test is to try the brisket and if its moist, full of smoke flavor then it passes. J and L BBQ passed with flying colors! The BBQ sauce even is very delicious and the Spicy is on point. Its not hot and does not have a kick. But its just enough of a smooth kick about 5 bites in.The Reds and Gravy is outstanding!!! Must try them!! Normally baked beans are a hit n miss, not here! Their baked beans are very special because that flavor is unique!!I will stop in on the Harley this summer!
