Smoothie King - Evergreen Park

Horrible! Came in for a medium pineapple surf smoothie. It wasn’t full when I looked at it the girl said “would you like more ice”. Actually no I would like you to fill my cup like it’s supposed to be. Ridiculous! I paid $10 for a medium half filled. This was unacceptable. I will NOT be back.

Worst Smoothie King Ever Jameelah stole a tip,Tasha the manager refused to give me a refund told me to come back next week then Travon said he didn’t know the number to corporate,so sad All Black staff black history month SMH.

I’ve been to nearly every Smoothie King in the city. This is literally the worst EVERY time. I have the same order each visit. It’s never flavored or blended well, the staff is extremely slow and inattentive to order details, and customer service is horrific. Shameful establishment. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

They literally act like they cannot read or follow simple instructions.. this is the third time they had my order wrong and they are unprofessional.I ordered two smoothie bowls and they gave me a smoothie instead of my correct order.One time I ordered through Uber eats and they refused to give my delivery person a bag.On top of that, the phone number listed doesn’t work. I have called many times and literally no answer or there is anerror message.I strongly recommend to not order anything from this location and you are better off going to a different location because they literally act like they can’t read and they’re unprofessional. They are so illiterate and dumb at this location .
