Cactus Jack's Saloon Grill - Evergreen

We arrived. We found out seats. We all ordered the same burger at different temperatures. The fries were Fantastic. The burgers were all rare...close to raw. We asked for medium and well done. The service was great. Your cook was a joke.

3rd time at this establishment and the service hasn’t improved.It’s beautiful on the inside, and the ambience isn’t okay. The problem is the service. There is no service. No one is attentive and they take very long to greet you and do anything else.Just sat 30 minutes waiting for server to come greet us. She came around after the first 10 minutes to give us menus and then said she’d be back but she never did after 20 minutes so we just left. We were with our dogs so we were dining outside. I was excited because they have a menu for dogs here but the server just never came back. Just very disappointing. It was our 3rd time and definitely our last. It’s always something new. I get the feeling they don’t like tourists or outsiders or people of color here. Just disappointing. It has potential but they really need to get better servers.

The food itself was great. We had the pretzels and cheese as a starter.

We stopped at Cactus Jack’s for a bite as we were driving through Evergreen. We split the hot ham and cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries. It was perfect for lunch! The staff was very friendly.
