Smoke On The Mountains Barbecue

Best food truck ever! I absolutely love the food! They even offer delivery during the COVID times, which is fantastic! There aren’t many large restaurants or delivery options in Evergreen, so this is a must-try!

I had the Smoke on the Mountain BBQ at the Elevation Celebration, and it was fantastic! I ordered the beef brisket sandwich with fries, and I also sampled my friend's Parmesan truffles. Everything was delicious and well-seasoned. I was thrilled they were there since BBQ is such a great summer food and ideal for a street fair like this. I would definitely recommend it to a friend, and I wouldn't hesitate to track down the food truck for more delicious offerings!

We visited this restaurant for dinner based on a friend's recommendation, and it did not disappoint. The staff greeted us with smiles, making us feel right at home. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. We savored every moment of our meal and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

There are not words to express how delicious this food is!!! I have ordered food several times now! The flavors are so deep and perfectly balanced! It's not like some Bbq that has flavor only on the surface. The deliciousnes is in every bite!!! I have tried most of the different kinds of meat offered and everything I have tried has been moist and perfectly smoked. My favorite is the chicken thigh sandwich! And don't even get me started on the Truffle fries and homemade cornbread!!! Oooo doggy!!! I can't get enough!!! The service has also been outstanding!!! Delivery arrives exactly at scheduled time every time!!! The delivery personal are friendly and respectful and always have a smile and kind words to give everyone who they encounter!!! I wish I could give them a million stars!!! A !!! Seriously try it!
