Mcdonald's - Excelsior Springs

The nighttime staff deserves a raise because they do an excellent job. Whenever I arrive, they make sure I get fresh fries and my Big Mac without pickles. However, the daytime crew often gives me the opposite: cold fries and pickles. I find myself asking for a refund about half the time during the day because I simply won't eat cold food and shouldn't have to pay for a meal that isn't up to standard. It's frustrating and feels like I'm wasting my time.
