Best tasting hamburger I've had in a long time. Seasoned well, beef tasted fresh, not frozen. The Spicy Mega Melt is full of flavor yumminess! If you like hot spicy, this is the sandwich for you.

Pete’s has a wonderful setup and the food was delicious and fast. The waitress was nice and very attentive. Will definitely come back.

I recently discovered the must-visit spot in Darling City, Exeter: Pete's Place. This small restaurant is one you might easily pass by, but don’t make that mistake! I've eaten there several times now and my go-to order is the tuna melt (since I don’t eat red meat). It’s always consistently delicious. The addition of onions and other toppings truly hits the right notes for my taste buds. If I did eat meat, there are plenty of other items I would be eager to try. The service is quick and friendly, and the food tastes incredibly fresh. I didn’t give it a full five stars because the interior doesn’t quite match that level, but hopefully they'll improve that once Covid is over.

The staff at this restaurant is excellent—attentive and friendly. The dishes are delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. The welcoming atmosphere enhances the overall dining experience.
