The Beer Engine - Exeter

Excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff. I’ll definitely be recommending it to others.

Everything you want in a pub; lovely location, cosy interior, sensational beers brewed on site (you can see the brewery downstairs). As for the food ... best fish pie I've ever had; absolute heaven. I never write reviews, but you guys have so earned this one!

Try and eat here at least once a year with 5 friends. Great beer, great food, great atmosphere. Only downside is restricted parking so carshare if you can.

We had brilliant evening at the Beer Engine last night great food, outstanding hospitality from all the staff and a wonderful atmosphere. Probably Devon’s best pub, especially the fact they brew their own beer, with fantastic choices. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't fault the food or staff. It was very busy Sunday afternoon but we didn't feel rushed. The staff were running around but always found time if you needed anything. The whole atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Sunday lunch was delicious. I had the small and it was still huge. Great value for money. Will visit again if we're in this part of the country again.
