Many of ales available, including a blueberry white beer that tasted good. the disadvantage is that there is a distinct lack of non-alcoholic drinks. they did not sell mildly either.

Have a friend birthday, and the staff was friendly. the drinks were healthier priced, but maybe overpriced. quite a small place, but has good atmosphere. would be ideal for small groups or single persons. I didn't try the beer, but my friends liked it, even the earl grey.

There's always a great, ever changing range of interesting cask keg beers from many different breweries showcasing various styles flavours that are available. This bar is also easy to get to as it's situated just off the High Street. There are occasional Meet the Brewer evenings other beer related events.

I often have a problem with some of these craft ale micro pubs as they serve up similar (really citra hoppy smack you round the head beers which I love but don't always want to drink every time) beers. Not a problem here. A wide range of styles always available served with a friendly chat. It's a great find and despite being small you can always be squeezed in.
