Taco Bell - EXTON

I took my daughter to Taco Bell/KFC and it was much better than expected. It went much quicker than usual and the lady that waited on us was great. It used to take much more time so we stopped going over time but I can honestly say they have picked up their game.

Always enjoy some Taco Bell! However they 've stopped offering a number of items that are on my FAVS list like the grilled steak soft taco with avocado sauce. Fortunately this location has good management as they trained their personnel well on how discontinued items can be made by starting with a base item such as the soft taco with beef then substituting the steak for the beef. Although they don 't have the avocado sauce available, it was still a good fix I thought! I completely understand we 're all having to make adjustments due to the CV Pandemic businesses are trying their best to be there for their followers while trying to meet mandated guidelines to provide a safe environment for their patrons! Maybe I should have rated it higher due to these circumstances m, but my disappointment got the better of me!

We were able to place our order quickly and the food came out as expected. Standard taco bell and kfc combo.

The food here is typical of Taco Bell or KFC, and the restaurant does a decent job of maintaining the consistency you’d expect from these chains. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes your burrito or taco can be strangely put together, making it a bit difficult to eat. This isn’t unusual at fast food places, though. My main disappointment lies with the staff; the service can be hit or miss. I’ve never experienced exceptional service here, and on a few occasions, the staff members I interacted with seemed to be having a bad day, which impacted my experience. For instance, when I asked for sauce that wasn’t offered, the eye rolls and attitude were noticeable. I would have expected better service given the location. Although they have remodeled the place, the service has not improved.

Fast food—what can I say? They've messed up my order a few times, and it feels like the staff isn’t happy to be there. They can be quite pushy and a bit rude. The food often tastes stale, as if it's leftover from yesterday.
