My nephew and I came here and had a chicken tender combo and a sandwich. The service was great. They did forget my BBQ sauce but as soon as I brought it up the man was quite apologetic and immediately handed me it.

I ordered two 8 piece meals. Each meal is 35 after taxes. They only gave me one. I paid 80$ total including delivery. When I told them they messed up the order they told me to come pickup the rest of the order at the restaurant LATER THAT NIGHT. LOL???? I told them I ordered through delivery if they could deliver it again. They said no ???? When I went by later to pickup therest of the order, I went home only to realize again? it wasn?t all there! Stupid me for now checking when I was there. Now Ihave to go back AGAIN ???? this place is a J-O-K-E

I ordered a chicken sandwich without mayo because I can't have mayo, but they put it on anyway. This happens every time I go there! What’s going on?

I visited KFC for my favorite dish, the mac and cheese, but unfortunately, it has not been up to par lately. It tasted really off, almost like swamp water. I don't know what needs to change, but please make it better—it's become inedible for me. It’s really disappointing that I had to throw away a family-sized container for two consecutive days.

I paid $12 for 5 Nashville chicken tenders, and that didn’t even include a meal or anything. Twelve whole dollars! I got home in less than 5 minutes, and the food was cold and tough. It was incredibly overpriced and tasted terrible. This was the worst KFC experience I've ever had.
