Saturday 01-04-23 I participated in an event at your restaurant and I ate dishes to say little superlatives, I will try in short to describe them below but the words will never express what I ate: cheesecake to the pheasant truffle a course where all tastes coupled perfectly. Ascolan olive grove : of a classic olive but all separated in the really delicious dish where the taste of the classic olive came to the second chewed. risotto pea cream, black garlic and sour cream: I just want to say that this dish was an explosion for my taste buds the various flavors we married perfectly. low-temperature pig with green broccoli purée: it was so tender that a pediatrician would recommend it for the weaning of a newborn with the right flavors that were super balanced in conclusion a great but great applause to the chef for the dishes prepared compliments also to all your collaborators thanks for giving me an evening that I will not forget

We had dinner last night for the first time. From the outside it didn't inspire at all but entering we were pleasantly impressed. Very large, well furnished, beautiful also the mis en place and kind staff. Well respected covid rules, spaced tables and personal with mask. First really great (coal and cutlets with tomatoes, pistachio granella on a bed of burrata), fried mixed very good, tiramisù instead, presented very well but to the palate nothing than that. The account on the average only that I recommend to update the menu on the site since the prices (actually higher) and some dishes, do not correspond to the paper menu they deliver to the table. A tip: if you have a little rush, eat elsewhere!
