The chicken was tasty, but instead of getting two breasts, I ended up with two extra thighs. Are you out of breasts? I don’t prefer dark meat, so this was quite disappointing. Substituting two thighs for two breasts is not acceptable.

Everything was awful, and it all tasted like it had been left under a heat lamp all day. My chicken sandwich was nothing more than a soggy patty on a bun—no mayo, no pickles, just the patty and bun. It was so unappetizing that even my dog wouldn't go near it. The fries and fried shrimp were just as bad, so dry that I actually choked on them while trying to eat. I really wish I could give zero stars and get my money back.
