Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fair Oaks

I’m not joking when I say this was a really unpleasant experience. The manager, or someone, was burping loudly and laughing in the kitchen right in front of customers, which was really off-putting. Additionally, I saw a girl climb onto a table where they prepare tortillas and put her dirty crocs on the same surface. Honestly, someone needs to step in and shut this place down.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Joy for preparing two lunches for me today. She faced a lot of challenges managing the front counter on her own, especially when she kept running out of items. When she asked for more of a particular item, the guy in the back (you know who you are) responded with, "I'm working..." in a tone that clearly implied, "Not my problem." While Joy was kind and helpful, the rude and inconsiderate behavior from the guy in the back was quite disappointing.

My husband picked up food from Chipotle, which is only five minutes from our home, and once again, the barbacoa was incredibly dry—it actually resembled beef jerky. I couldn't finish my meal. I even made a YouTube video about it, and most of the comments thought it looked like beef jerky too. I've reached out to management and sent them pictures, but nothing has changed. It ended up being a waste of money since I couldn't eat my food. Now I'll have to drive quite a distance to the East Bidwell location. It's really disappointing.

I got a DoorDash order delivered that was missing most ingredients. Drove here to have it replaced. The on duty Manager (young lady) was rude and refused to make my order correct. Said I had to purchase a whole new meal. DoorDash split the difference withme and it wasn?t even their fault. The chipotle on sunrise has been much better.

Pretty good food however long weight and they were making to go orders from online while waiting on customers in the store. This probably should be a separate station. They must?ve ran out of taco tray so we got one big mess in tinfoil
