Garden Island Deli - Fairbanks

Best deli in the city! The portion sizes and quality are perfect for the price. It also provides convenient liquid storage options. Don't let that overshadow the fact that the deli staff makes amazing sandwiches! This is definitely one of the best spots for a great sandwich in the Fairbanks area. Highly recommend—10/10!

On a colleague's recommendation, I decided to stop by for a fresh, handmade sandwich, and I was not disappointed. I visited during a quieter time, so my wait was minimal. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I will likely be returning soon.

The restaurant offers large subs (known as hoagies outside of Pennsylvania), and my favorite is the Italiano.
