I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from Jenn Austin. They was both patient and helpful, giving me tips because I’m picky. I’m coming back just for them. I felt like I was talking with family
I went to the restaurant with my wife to pick up a few family pizzas, but instead of getting a warm greeting or assistance, we were met with awkward stares and relentless questions about my tattoos from the young employees. It became so uncomfortable that I had to leave. I couldn't even discuss our order with my wife because they kept interrupting with questions about my small, innocent face tattoo—asking where I got it, how much it cost, and so on. I don't owe anyone an explanation about my tattoos, and as a customer, I expect a certain level of service. It seems like some retraining in customer service would be beneficial for these employees.
New Location: The customer service was disappointing. I visited in the middle of the afternoon when there were only two employees working. I was never greeted, thanked, or offered an apology throughout my visit.
Terrible customer service. I placed an order over the phone, and the staff member, Cody, was very rude. When I mentioned this in person while picking up my pizza, he insisted he wasn’t being disrespectful...
