Burger King - Fairborn

Sandwich and fries were hot and tasty. Service was fast and accurate. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Plenty of parking and easy handicapped access.

Haven't been to BK in yrs, had coupon for two Jr Whoppers, two lg fries and two lg soft drinks for $6.99 and decided to try. Restaurant not busy and we were greeted and order taken promptly. Burger was luke warm and fries had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for some time. Overall the meal was edible and not bad enough to return. May go back and try again someday, but BK is not our #1 fast food preference at this time.

Fast, hot, fresh food every time! My order has always been correct from here! Plus if you order online on the app they will have it ready by the time you get to the drive-they! In the app on Wednesday you can get a whopper for only $3!!

I understand they are short-staffed, but I came home and told my kids, this BK is not happening anymore.Ordered, sat waiting about 5 minutes to pay, she said it would be about 5 minutes for the Ch’King sandwich and I decided that was okay, I would wait. I was checked out at 2:16… at 2:44 they brought out my food. I shouldn’t have assumed they got it right, but I did, because they had 30 minutes to make sure they had everything. Got home, and my whopper jr was missing.. Also, the only thing that was hot in the bags was the Ch’King sandwich, everything else was just warm.While I was sitting there, at least 5 cars came to the drive thru, were told something (I couldn’t hear), and all left without ordering.This BK seems to be poorly managed and is not going to survive, which is such a shame because it has a nice, basically brand new building.The owner needs to take a hard long look at themselves as well as the management they have put in charge, and have a “come to Jesus moment” before it’s too late to save their store.

I know everyone is short staffed but I really do not need to hear about it from the person taking the order. In addition I was asked to back up to the door and she would bring out my 2 sandwiches. Back up? Instead I pulled in the lot and just went inside. To my surprise there were only 3 customers already seated and served. I mean why was I asked to back up? The girl at the counter said We thought you left No apology. Getting 2 hamburgers shouldn 't be this hard.
