Krystal - Fairburn

While the sandwich wasn't as great as I hoped and the potatoes were a bit hard, I really appreciated his effort and kindness. I ended up giving the harder potatoes to my dog, who was thrilled with the unexpected snack! I would definitely return in hopes of getting what I really wanted. Despite spending $5 on a breakfast I didn’t eat, the positive attitude of the staff brightened my day. I wish everyone in fast food could be as pleasant. The employee and the young man he was training at the register made it a good experience, definitely deserving of 5 stars!

He waited with my sons for over 30 minutes. We had to leave because they were so hungry after playing. At this point, we just took whatever was in the bag we were given. The lady handed us the bag, and I checked it. Everything in there was wrong! Even the Coke was watered down. I will never go back!

This place always has problems at night. Tonight we were asked to wait 15 to 20 minutes because they were in the middle of a shift. We were asked to wait in the parking lot? What? This isn't the first time this place will drop the ball. I think I'm going out to the service.

This is one of the worst places!!! Always have to wait 10 minutes!! The workers at this point are lazy, inadequate and always command during sitting in the dining room (what can explain waiting) I mean, seriously, how long does it take to cook a burger? This place needs a completely new staff/management.

After placing my order, I had to wait just over 10 minutes to receive my food...however, I didn't mind the wait as the server ensured that my order was made fresh...and it was. ? I'm usually not a big fan of Krystal's but I have to admit that they scored a home-run, touch down and/or a slam dunk as my order was fresh and delicious. Thank you to Krystal for a tasty and wonderful meal experience...their Chilli fries are Tha Bomb Dot Com!!!!
