Peking Chef - Fairfax Station

The service was incredibly quick, and my meal was served hot. However, my General Tso's chicken tasted like fish, which was quite disappointing since I dislike fish. As for the chicken lo mein, it was very bland and had an odd flavor as well.

The management and staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told he was too busy. We've been loyal customers for years. I simply requested some hotter sauce, and the waitress only provided two small servings for our group of seven. When I asked for more, they reacted poorly and made a big deal out of it. They even started yelling at me loudly and later yelled at my father over the phone. After ten years of patronage, we will not be returning. We really miss the previous management.

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. The customer service is terrible. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years, even after a change in ownership, but yesterday was the last straw. They sent my daughter to order food, and when she asked for chili sauce, they refused to provide it, saying it doesn't come with the meal, even though we spent over $50. I tried to speak with the manager, but she was too busy to talk to me or return my call. I've always left generous tips for them, but with so many other Chinese options in Burke, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. They clearly don’t care about loyal customers, and honestly, the food isn't spectacular enough for me to keep coming back.

I was just asking for hotter sauce and the dame gave me 2 hot bites for 7 of us, so I asked for more and they threw a whole fit over us after hotter sauce and then on me so much extra. They started yelling at me in the load and then yelled at my father on the phone. we've been coming for 10 years and don't come back.

Great food, ordered their Singapore Noodles (10/10 recommend). Speedy service, fair prices, overall good experience eating here!
