Wendy's - Fairfax

Just got a take meal there, which is normally good at most Wendy's location. I have had problems with their quality before at this one, but this was an easy pick up as it was on my way home. For some reason the Fires never turn out right form this location, they are never cooked correctly in the Fryer. The last several times was like this and they turn out soggy. It really upset my stomach way too much this time. Why is it the Wendy's near Walmart in Burke can make their fries crispier and fresh each time. Well this is last time going to this location, I'd rather drive the extra miles to the other one.

It might be me but the food and service seems to be better at this Wendys.

This Wendy's is pretty bad. They always get orders incorrect and are rude to customers. You're better off driving to the Wendy's or Five Guys in Burke.

I am very disappointed with the service at Wendy's, particularly regarding the general manager. The service is unacceptable, and the general manager is rude and disrespectful. Every time I visit this location, the managers seem to be under some sort of influence. I've even received my order without any meat on the bun, and they never apologize for their mistakes. The staff is clearly overworked and, unfortunately, the managers are also disrespectful to them. The food quality is consistently poor—it's often cold, lacking flavor, poorly assembled, and carelessly wrapped, showing little regard for the customer.
