Mcdonald's - Fairfield

It was just an average afternoon. The order kiosks were out of service, and several tables needed cleaning. People were loud and having conversations, complete with expletives, which made it hard to relax in the lobby. Overall, it wasn't a great experience — and I should know, having worked as an assistant manager for McDonald's back in the 70s. The chicken nuggets were cold again, and when I requested them to be seasoned, I received an excessive amount, around 30 packets. I really just needed two salt packets.

This mcdonald’s has developed much better in the course of the years. the drive thru is really packed in so I prefer to in. my foods were mostly beautiful and hot.

The first time and last time. we came to order from the digital menu that I first had to clean from myself because nobody could answer me. So after I had cleaned that I had to clean the table, because he was disgusting. everywhere on the floor are covers made of raw and müll. drinking station was chaos, ice everywhere around (hopefully nobody will break a bit)French fries among the tables everywhere are dirty oily hand prints the “unticovidglasses” at the cash was dirty nobody obviously clean at this mcthe eating what I got with my family was old and French pommes were not finishedcoke service was not really helpful either as someone who worked at mcdonald for years, that is terrible.

Worst McDonalds in the state. Every time I go there is a problem and their employees are terrible. They never get an order right no matter when I go. There should be a chic-fil-a there instead because their employees actually know what they're doing and this place sucks.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, they seem to worry about getting you in and out without getting your order correct. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered unsweet iced tea and gotten to where I What’s going just to find out I got sweet tea. The ice cream machine never works ever ever it never works I don’t know why they even have it still on the menu. The managers in the owner just don’t seem to care such a shame
