Wendy's - Fairfield

Always loves wendys. don't go in often, but they're always busy and seem to get people in and out.

Went through and ordered, paid (didnt give us a receipt) , then was pulled forward. Came out 10 minutes later with the wrong order. Went back around, waited 10 more minutes for them to still get the order wrong. Then when we told them it was wrong, the manager had a bad attitude and argued what we ordered. Even though they had to ask US what the order was.. left with no straws and a horrible morning..

I was at the drive thru at this location at 5:42 p.m today 7/25My total was $6.97 and I gave the employee $20. I received $8.03 in change. He so graciously helped himself to $5 of my change. The food was cold and the Jr. Bacon cheeseburger didn't resemble any that I had before. I will not return

The food was old and cold, again! And the Frosty machine was down. Now that is a deal breaker. This is the second Wendy's I've gone to in a couple week's that the food was cold. Last time it was due to a power outage.I just do not think management has taught staff how to time out food so that quality hot fresh food is served instead of being lazy and making too much food ahead of time. That is unless head management is really on lower management and staff to get food out really fast as opposed to quality food. Either way this will be the last time I eat at Wendy's for awhile.

This place needs big time improvement on the there Customer service and the quality of there food. You would be better off going to Walmart to get something to eat ?
