What has happened to the customer service at this restaurant? It seems to be getting worse and worse every time we give them another chance. Today, I ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger but received a regular cheeseburger instead. I found the sandwiches to be poorly made, with bacon that had already been touched by two other hands. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they just gave me a smirk and did not apologize. Even after asking for the sandwich to be remade, the staff member at the counter insisted that it was made correctly. This is not the first time I have received the wrong order at this restaurant – about six months ago I ordered a chicken sandwich and was given a burger instead. I will not be returning to this place and do not recommend it to anyone else.

1). I forgot to eat my daughter2. dining room closed so I had to wait in a long line (for the second) to get her food3. I paid $60 to feed my family. I'm not even sorry for the angry one. I am an entrepreneur and I would have apologized and done something extra to make it right. a lot annoyed for the customer after the payment of a arm and a bein for processed food.

Rude pigs too busy to treat them like a human. did not give me a reception and went back to look at the phone. then I slept away and closed the window as if I spied on her. fat chick with black thing on the head. will not be back.

Consequently my order. this time, both articles were completely wrong. In view of the cost, who can justify coming here to get false food? the personal is rude and clearly does not want to be there. Edit: ends up disputing this transaction with my bank. try to call them several times and they will not answer the phone. the driving person refused to help me because I had no reception they never made available to me. the next time they screw up their order and refuse to make it right, dispute it with their bank!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. Today, there was a longer line than at the neighboring restaurant, which is a good sign. The quality of the food is consistently good and the service is reasonably fast. The breakfast options are surprisingly delicious. Be sure to try the spicy chicken biscuit with honey!
