Kumo Japan - Fairmont

Our server, Ryan, was fantastic. The food was temperature hot, perfectly spicy. I was surprised by the small size of the building. I was nicely decorated. The portions were hearty. We went back later the same day for seconds on the sazchewan dumplings for the pork belly ramen. The bathrooms were a little dirty but not hideous. We will definitely be back.

We got the matcha bubble tea, satay chicken, sushi, and pad thai. The spider roll sushi was amazing. Everything was delicious and super fresh. Our waitress was super nice and the food came out really fresh. We can't wait to go back!

Our favorite spot to stop when traveling through WV.

You would never expect to find authentic ramen in the state of West Virginia, but by golly it *is* here, and it's at this restaurant. I highly recommend the golden fried oysters and the won tons in addition to your bowl!
