Ruby's - Fairview Heights

This is a great place to have fun playing slots, with a lively atmosphere and friendly staff.

This Ruby Tuesday location has permanently closed, as indicated by the sign on the door. It is no longer listed on the Ruby Tuesday website and the phone line is disconnected. The service and management quality has significantly dropped, but the food quality remained quite good. I always enjoyed their salad bar and recently tried their unlimited soup. However, due to personal issues, I am not surprised by the decline in service. Customers were ignored and discounts were often not applied correctly on the bill.

The restaurant offers delicious salads that are a meal in themselves. It is the perfect place to go if you are a fan of salads. We enjoy filling up on the salad bar and taking our meals home. The ribs are flavorful and the steaks are of good quality. We particularly enjoy the perfectly baked potatoes. They always have a meal deal where you can buy one meal and get one free. It can be hit or miss at times, but all you need to do is sign up for the deal. It is conveniently located right in front of the train station. The salad selection is impressive and you can eat as much as you want.

Stopped here for lunch, daughter and I both got the unlimited soup/salad bar. The salad bar has 4 choices of greens (iceberg, romaine. spinach spring mix), lots of topings to put on your salad and a really good selection of dressings. Today I got the tomato soup and it was good. Their pink lemonade is refreshing.

Hostess was polite and friendly. Very nice to our 12 and 3 yr old kids. Waitress was prompt, polite and friendly and offered excellent dinner suggestions. Dinner was served fresh and hot and beverage re-fills were provided often.
