I ordered mushrooms and spinach on my pizza, and Rob chose to handle the toppings with his bare hands. I politely requested if he could use gloves instead. He responded, "It's going into a 350°F oven." There shouldn't have been any debate—it's always best to use gloves when handling someone else's food. This isn't just about my health; it's important for the sanitation of every customer who orders mushrooms. Additionally, it was difficult to be rude about the situation after I had made a polite request for a refund.

The staff was unfriendly and seemed more interested in their phones than assisting customers. I ordered two pieces of pizza, and they couldn’t even bother to heat them up. I’m really disappointed with my favorite pizza place.

On January 1, 2022, Carson visited Fairview Heights at St. Clair Mall. I absolutely love this place! They serve amazing food, including NY Style Pizza and Mountain Dew! Jason, Lillie, and Carson stayed at the O'Fallon hotel for the night!

Hold for a few slices today 12/10/21. The lady in the register was irritated, I stood there and she didn't want to wait for me. Once she was very short with an attitude. I select a slice that she left when I tried to tell her I wanted to order two. Once she pulled out the second pane, she called me out before I asked for a drink. I told her I wanted the #4 witch to be two slices and a drink. Did she say? If you wanted you to get it? I told her I did. I said thank you and have a nice day. She reacted with the setting? I will. If your people don't want to work here, tell them they find another job. Just no reason to be so rude. Luckily Pizza Taste ok . I Went there last night, the times online do not match. The times say 11-9 Thursday, went about 430/5pm and they were closed. I wanted a slice too. The place was dark and no workers around. My guess is lack of business or employees willing to cover their own shifts. Their pizza is usually good.
