Írjon visszajelzéstI had a disappointing experience at Four in One restaurant in Rumford. The staff were unfriendly and unenthusiastic. One of them seemed more interested in the till than in providing good service. I should have trusted my instincts and left. The small pepperoni pizza was overpriced at £10.49 and tasted as bland and boring as the staff seemed. It was no better than a supermarket frozen pizza costing £2. The restaurant boasts of being in business for over 30 years, but it seems like they haven't improved their quality. Maybe pizza isn't their specialty, or maybe they don't feel the need to improve because of lack of competition in Rumford. Either way, I won't be returning.
4 in 1 Rumford should be ashamed. What even is that? A small piece of cucumber, one tiny piece of tomato, a sprinkle of lettuce, and a tiny amount of sauce. I paid for two of each sauce but only received one of each. For £26??? Never again.
We ordered a chicken curry with overcooked chicken and a lamb kebab with tough, chewy lamb. It's disappointing because we've been ordering from this restaurant for years and the quality used to be much better.
I think that the £22 curry deal is amazing value ...is it fine dining ..no but if your watching the football and can’t be bothered to cook is it good getting delivered to your door...dam right it is
Absolutely the worst customer service. Order a chicken tikka masala pizza. Paid for deep pan and stuff crust. Got stuff crust but no deep pan. The pizza couldnt have been any thinner! Got told by them when i complained it was my choice to have it that way. The chicken on it wasn't the chicken they normally use it was what i call cheap chicken. Complained about this and was told this is the chicken they use now since changing the menu. I have had this pizza since the menu changed and didn't have this chicken this is only what they use now though!. It was also cold but this is my fault cause i took to long driving home and before i started eating it. I live a 3min drive away. I took my first bite less than 10mins of collecting it. So my cold non deep pan pizza is my fault as this is what i ordered and i took to long to take it home and eat it. Then the guy says its nearly an hour since i ordered it and 20 mins since i picked it up. My reply was yes and my collection time was 20mins ago which i actually picked up early plus i had to look up the phone number to call and complain and ive been on the phone for 7 mins. So your 20mins turns into this -7 mins being on the phone -3min drive -2mins to look up the phone number and say 5mins to get in the house and start eating it. So its totally my fault that there pizza goes cold cause i took to long getting home and i took so long to complain. Asked for his name to complain to head office and contact environmental health about serving cold food. Gave me his name then hung up.
