Mr. Wish Eden Center - Falls Church

I ordered the black tiger milk, but they gave me a broken cup with the straw missing. I asked for a new cup and they transferred the drink into a new cup, reusing the sticker from the old one. When I asked for a completely new cup, they simply poured tea and milk in a new cup without adding brown sugar. My daughter said it wasn't the black tiger drink I ordered. The customer service was very poor and they did not offer to replace the drink for me. I will not be returning to this restaurant. This incident occurred on April 17th when I ordered a mango smoothie and black tiger milk.

The drinks were fantastic! However, I wish they had inquired about the size I wanted instead of automatically charging me for a large.

The customer service was terrible! When I asked for less ice in my drink, the waitress said she couldn't do it. I also requested 50% sugar, but that wasn't possible either. Why advertise these options if they can't accommodate them? I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Legit freshest boba around. made in loading, never stale or old. fresh fruits and warm waffels that are small pfoten.

Drinks are ok but it’s a bit over priced for how much you actually get. That cup is not even as tall as my hand… normally you can get doubled amount of the same stuff for the same price elsewhere
